Eat a paleo diet if you are going through addiction withdrawal. It is immensly helpful.

I've been off meat lately. Less overall stress, better digestion, and way less un-necessary urges. Food is VERY important for overall will-power to overcome addictions. I'm on a "whole foods only" eating regimen, and been feeling great.

Hey Clasik.

Did you ever try the mucusless diet? I did and it works great as a short term reboot for the body because it gets rid of all the processed foods and it is a form of fasting but i found it isn't so good for the long term so i incorporated some meat and brown bread/rice back into it as well as eggs few times per week.

Nofap isn't really a part of my life anymore because i got healed but i realized the importance of release sometimes when one is not in a relationship. Men were not made to hold it in forever. Only in rare cases like some yogis and inventors is this possible but for optimal energy levels and health we need a release and i found that 1-3 times per week without porn is good for me.

No, I haven't tried the "Mucusless" diet, but I try my hardest to avoid processed foods, etc. Also, you're right, I've never advertised holding in your seed forever. You just have to develop a sense of discipline, and realize the hazards of continual/ daily release.
